Automotive Unlimited

Ben, Christian, and the whole team at Automotive Unlimited have always been incredibly helpful. They explain everything in plain terms a non-mechanic can understand, and they work on both our family cars and commercial trucks. What really stands out is how they went above and beyond recently when one of our trucks broke down out of town. Even though another shop handled the repair, they quickly provided all the service history and even offered to call the shop to explain the details—without getting paid for it. That kind of trustworthy, competent support is rare, and it’s why we keep coming back.

The Automotive Unlimited team is great at communicating, has fair pricing, and are honest. I’d 1000% feel comfortable bringing my business back. I highly recommend talking with them to see what they can do to help!

Britt was an absolute dream! Saved me from making several costly decisions! Brought a car in from a used lot for a pre-purchase inspection, he and the other service member noticed there was a tag on the inside of the door stating the car had been totaled. I was told it was a clean title! I never would have known to look! Thank you sooo much!!! They were also very informative about my former car (2008 Subaru Forester RIP) and why it went to auto heaven so soon. Very helpful! Made my whole day! I will be back!!

Shout out to Ben, Brett, and everyone else at Automotive Unlimited! First time in, unscheduled, as our older Honda had to unexpectedly be towed after-hours. We were contacted shortly after opening and as needed throughout the diagnostic and repair process. Our vehicle was up and running in less than 48 hours, with full explanations of the issues and causes. Communication by text was super helpful, on top of chatting over the phone. Definitely will be going back, just hopefully not soon.

As a business owner with a small fleet of vans, Automotive Unlimited always pulls through with our last-minute request with our vehicles! I also bring him my personal vehicles. I appreciate how they always call to get my confirmation before proceeding with any additional work as well. Ben and his whole shop are just all around great guys and honest people. Thanks, Ben and Britt!
